2. Who we are
The site belongs to Carolina Cedeño – Financial Consulting, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Carolina Cedeño is an independent associate of World Financial Group (WFG). Insurance and investment products are offered through authorized companies, and their availability depends on the province and the applicable licences.
3. Informational content, not advice
The text, guides, videos and examples on the site are general and educational. They are not personalized financial, tax, legal or insurance advice, nor an offer or recommendation to buy any product. Every situation is different: before making decisions, consult a professional who knows your case. Using the site does not create an advisor-client relationship.
4. Calculators
- Results are illustrative estimates based on the data you enter, on assumptions (such as constant returns) and on the official figures in effect on the date shown in each calculator.
- Laws, limits and rates change. We cannot assure that results are accurate, complete or suitable for your situation, or that projected returns will be achieved.
- Results are not an offer of credit, insurance or investment. Actual amounts are determined by the government, your financial institution or your insurer.
- The data you enter is processed only in your browser and we do not store it.
5. Consultations and appointments
Appointments are booked through Brevo, a third-party service subject to its own terms. The free initial consultation does not oblige you to purchase any product or service. Any later service will be governed by the documents and contracts you sign at that time.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, design, logo, brand, images, videos, calculators and downloadable templates) belongs to Carolina Cedeño or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view, print and download it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute it without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, not to interfere with its operation (for example, with automated programs or malicious code) and not to impersonate anyone.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to official sources, social networks and third-party services. We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them.
9. Information provided “as is”
We do our best to keep information correct and up to date, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without representations of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend or remove any part of the site without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Cedeño will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of the site, its calculators or decisions made based on its content. These terms are available in Spanish, English and French. All three versions are equally valid.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with its date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
